I have the right to use commission for personal promotion purposes, display on websites, social networks, etc.

You have the right to use commission for non-commercial purposes: personal printing, gifts with quantity under 20 pieces.

You MUST credit artist [MUGWO] when posting commission on social networking platforms, showrooms, etc, and DO NOT claim it as your own. NOTE: ALWAYS CREDIT (including personal printing, use as avatar, banner, etc.)

If you do not agree to credit the artist, this commission will be considered a private commission, and you will need to pay for the private version.

Within 7 days from the time I contact/make a request, if you do not respond/do not cooperate, the commission will be automatically canceled and you may be added to the Blacklist. The commission progress up to this point will be reused as a YCH. And you will not be refunded, regardless of whether you have paid or not paid for the commission.

Accept payment via PayPal (+ 5% PayPal fee) or Wise.

100% upfront invoice for commission under $500 (USD).

Payment Plan is optional for commission above $500: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

[Payment Plan] You have 2 days to pay for the commission. After 2 days, if the commission is not paid, it will be considered that you have canceled the commission. And you will not be refunded.

[Payment Plan] If you do NOT pay for the sketch after the deadline, the commission will be canceled, the commission progress up to this point will be reused as a YCH.

I will refund 100% if I cannot complete it for personal reasons (illness, natural disasters, ...) or if you cancel the order before the work has started.

When a Payment Plan is applied, it is possible to cancel at delivery of the sketch, the 50% upfront payment will not be refunded.

No refunds are possible after work begins or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.

Please contact via email to receive a refund and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.

Please send me a reference image and character description (Information? Personality?). If the image ref is not clear, I will not be responsible for drawing the wrong ref.

Please give me as many ideas as possible about the commission so that I can execute the commission as you want (prioritize sketches, stick figures,... or descriptions or use illustrations) (Pose? Expression? Background? Situation? etc..) NOTE: I will not work with pictures/references created by AI.

You can edit the idea sketch (free) up to 3 times.

For Gacha commissions, the working process (WIP) will not be provided, only editing errors related to the reference in the Brief.

There is no fixed time to complete a commission. If you have a deadline, I will try to complete it on time. However, if the deadline is too urgent, I may add a fee or not accept the request.

After completion, you will receive a Google Drive link via Mail: 1 complete cms.png file (350pdi) — 1 watermark.png file (350pdi).

Note: The original comm image file + Google Drive link may be deleted after 1 week of sending.
